We want you as one of our valued members-friends!

Our Mission:

Our reason to exist is to arrange that you can consult with a sympathetic and respectful medical practitioner who is resident and licensed in the u.s. and who will thoughtfully consider your complaint and authorize appropriate treatment and medication – all with outstanding personalized customer service.

You have to do your part.

In order to use our services, you must first become a member.  It’s easy and it costs nothing until you have your consultation.  TO BECOME A MEMBER, CLICK ON “NEW MEMBERS” BOX, ABOVE, AND SUBMIT TO US A COMPLETED “INTRODUCTORY MEDICAL INFORMATION FORM” (“IMI FORM”) AND YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS AND LEGIBLE ID.   Upon receipt of these items you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Associates by email, fax or phone.  They will discuss with you the material you have submitted and our consultation and other procedures.  If you have not been contacted within 24 hours of your record submission, please contact us.   Upon approval of your IMI, ID and records, you will be a member.  If you want pricing information, call us.  Our Customer Service Associates are on duty Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Please check with us (see "contact us") about our performance in your state.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Medical records must support your complaint and have a diagnosis from a medical practitioner not more than one year old; CT scans, MRI’s, or X-rays alone, without Doctor comments, are not sufficient.  Your records must establish that your condition is chronic and continuing. As stated elsewhere, your medical records must show a physician "face to face" examination within one year of our service. As that year expires, in order to continue using our service, you must get another "face to face" physician exam. The records must also state the medication ordered/suggested by the physician or known by him that you are taking same. REMEMBER, we can NOT consult you unless you have given us adequate records.
  2. You must give us a LEGIBLE photo I. D. including a physical description and an address (example – Driver’s License). We can ship ONLY to the address shown on your I. D. Make sure you keep the I. D./Address up-to-date.
  3. As part of our continuing effort to prevent diversion of controlled substances, we go the extra steps to confirm the authenticity of the medical records submitted to us and accordingly may contact the office of the health care provider mentioned in those records.
  4. Our procedure is to send you a prescription for you you to take to your local pharmacy. Scripts may in some cases be telephoned to a pharmacy by our doctor's administrative office. As a further precaution against diversion of controlled substances, this will be done only if both that administrative office has in hand the original script from the doctor and 1CC has been paid in full. We do NOT sell or ship medications.
  5. All prescriptions in our system are written/authorized only by our physicians. In order to reduce the risk of diversion, the scripts are prepared on tamper proof and copy revealing forms.

For phone, fax, and email info, please click on the “Contact Us Link” on the left.

Finally, a few preliminary notes:

  1. Payment to us is COD (Money Order or Cashier’s Check).  That way you don’t pay until you receive what you ordered.  We ship UPS.  For your added convenience we have arranged that you can send your payment to us (even using a credit card) via Western Union and, depending on your agreement with our associate, you may be able to save on the COD fee.
  2. The medical practitioners we work with are all located and licensed in the U.S. and prescribe/supply only FDA approved U.S. source products.
  3. You must read and agree to our “Terms and Conditions” (“T&C”) and “Privacy Policy” (“PP”).  If you agree, click on the “AGREE” box at the end of the “IMI Form.”
  4. When the time comes for a re-consult, you must give us information about any interim changes in your condition, using the form at the end of the “Existing Member” page.
  5. You are advised that our medical practitioners are all located in the USA and are licensed by one of the states - not necessarily the state of your I. D. Address .
